Reporting infringement

If you believe content made available through the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to hello@krumeno.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice" that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, a URL).
  4. Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

What we do

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material and make a reasonable effort to notify the affected user.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address including your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction as required by law.

Repeat infringers

We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
