Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Krumeno subscriptions. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Try before you pay

Every account starts with a free plan so you can test Krumeno before subscribing. We recommend using it to confirm the Service fits your needs.

Subscriptions and renewals

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. Your video credits and usage allowances reset each period and do not roll over.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, and you won't be charged again. We do not automatically prorate or refund the unused portion of a period.

Refunds

Because Krumeno is a digital service that incurs real per-use costs (AI generation, voiceover, and rendering), fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you were charged in error, experienced a technical problem that prevented you from using the Service, or believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable consumer law, contact us at hello@krumeno.com and we will review your request in good faith.

Price changes

If we change a plan's price, the new price applies from your next renewal, and we will give reasonable notice beforehand.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a chargeback. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
